Formed somewhere in the 5th dimension, Acid Mondays is the cosmic coalition of fellow psychonauts Negghead and Lex Wolf. Brought together by their love for fat beats, inter dimensional travel & cups of tea; they are on a never-ending journey exploring inner and outer space.
Expect altered states of hallucinogenic house and reality bending techno. It would be a cliché to say they have a great future, but they’ve been there and beyond and have returned to the NOW to do it all again…
Already a firm favourite of many and with support from DJs such as Seth Troxler, Ben UFO, Ricardo Villalobos, Laurent Garnier, Marco Carola, George Fitzgerald and The Martinez Brothers Acid Mondays’ stock continued to rise in 2016.
They started the year off in the best possible way by playing at Circoloco’s New Years Day party. They carried this momentum on throughout the summer with regular appearances at the infamous red-roomed club including the 18th birthday and closing parties.
As well establishing themselves at Circoloco they also continued to make regular appearances at parties such as Fabric, Elrow, The Warehouse Project, BPM and Circus. They also made their debut at two of Germanys finest spots Bob Beaman & Club De Visionaere and will be returning to Brazil In October to play at Warung & DEdge.
On the music front they continued to show why their remixes are so in demand by flipping one of Kenny Glasgow’s album tracks into a peak time monster. They will also be making weekly appearances on B.Traits show on Radio 1 throughout October for her ‘Future 12’ section and to top all that off will be releasing collaboration with Nightmares On Wax on the legendary Warp Records in November.
